Sustaining members (individual and group) will be gratefully
acknowledged on this page unless you tell us not to. (If you

anonymous unless you forward us a copy of the confirmation
receipt.) Acknowledgements will be maintained for one year from
the date of the most recent sustaining membership contribution.
